Meeting Planning

During each of these types of meetings:

  • We walk you through identifying the purpose of a meeting
  • We develop engaging learning activities
  • We facilitate the conversation, note taking, and debriefing
Timeframe: one time engagements with pre/post conversations and planning

Culture Planning, Development & Support

This partnership may include:

  • Noticing and naming current culture practices, behaviors, and values.
  • Identifying opportunities for change, such as:
    • Identify and name pain points
    • Support cultural repair
  • Helping organizations develop a practice of deep listening and collective decision making.
  • Providing and receiving feedback.
  • Guidance through practice and implementation.
  • Creating space to practice the proposed changes.
  • Help to develop clarity around priorities.

Timeframe: Minimum of 1 year commitment, although we encourage a 2 year commitment.

Leadership Coaching

Explore the possibility of your greatest leadership potential through an individualized approach and create commitments for yourself and your organization.

Some examples of what our coaching could be focused on are:

  • Strengthening your leadership identity or connection to your values.

Timeframe: Minimum of 6 months

Concept Design & Implementation

Interested in focusing on a particular idea, concept, or goal: 

  • Collaborate with us to create a step by step approach.
  • Guiding your idea from research to planning to finalization and launching.
  • Stewarding the growth and depth of your idea .
  • Researching models and develop concepts to meet your needs.
  • Providing guidance and partnership.
  • We offer you an adaptive and technical perspective.
Timeframe: Minimum one year engagement. We have engaged in many multiyear processes.
